How long will shipping take?

Australia wide shipping via Australia Post can take approximately 3-6 business days per their website.

International shipping times vary depending on location and can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks. You will be able to track your order via the tacking information provided upon dispatch.

Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent via email when your order is dispatched.

Items purchased during sale periods are final unless an item is received defective/damaged.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We use Shopify Payments and accept most major and local credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Afterpay.

Is my payment information secure?

Shopify does not save or store card information. However, if you use Shop Pay, Afterpay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your card details will be saved by them.

When will I be charged?

Payment is processed immediately upon placement of an order.

How do I apply a discount code?

Most discounts are automatically applied at checkout. If you have a code that has not automatically applied, you can enter the code into the field at checkout. If you have any issues, please contact us before placing your order.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

In most circumstances, discounts are stackable.

Order Issues

My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

Take some photos as soon as you receive the damaged parcel and send an email to badgertonillustrations@gmail.com with a detailed description of all the issues. It is especially helpful if you can specify (and photograph) whether the the parcel was damaged or if just the item/s inside were damaged. We will then process a refund or exchange process for you.

I received the wrong item, help!

In the event there is a mix up in your order, we will send you your original item free of charge as soon as possible. Please send an email to badgertonillustrations@gmail.com with details of the mix up and some photos of the wrong item. As a gesture of good will for our mistake, you also keep the wrong item!

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or canceled before an order is dispatched. After an order has shipped, if you still wish to return or change your item, contact us to initiate a return or exchange.

Sustainability

What environmental practices do you follow?

  • disposes of paint and associated chemicals responsibly by drying out or absorbing the excess product with paper towel before disposing (no waste is emptied into sinks or gardens);
  • scraps from clay materials are reclaimed, where possible, for reuse in future projects. No waste is disposed down sinks;
  • the use of plastic based materials is minimised as much as possible, with recycled, paper, or biodegradable materials being utilised instead;
  • packaging materials consist of hex paper wrap, kraft paper bags, cardboard boxes and ridged envelopes, cardboard backing for prints, and plant-based biodegradable ‘plastic’ protective bags. Occasionally, we will reuse plastic based materials (received from deliveries or personal packages) such as styrofoam and bubble wrap as a method of recycling these materials and preventing them from entering landfill as much as possible. We encourage our customers who may receive a package from us consisting of these materials, to continue to recycle and reuse or dispose of responsibly;
  • uses a low power consumption kiln, and only when a full load is ready to prevent excess energy wastage;
  • sources materials, supplies, products and services required in the running of our business, from a supply chain of ethical, sustainable and eco-friendly businesses.

  • minimise or offset, where possible, our impact on the environment and its resources;

  • lessen our impact by purchasing environmentally-friendly and where possible, recycled, materials and supplies from suppliers following sustainable practices;
  • engage with suppliers that follow verified environmental preservation and sustainable practices across their operations;
  • foster a sustainability and eco-conscious awareness within our community and across our business relationships.
